What is your Refund Policy?

We offer a full refund of your paid in advance down payment (excluding the deposit) if you are unable to make it to your shoot and if we are unable to provide a substitute date, providing, you give us 72 hours advance notice in writing. We can substitute your shoot date if there are availabilities. If you cancel your shoot 24 hours before the shoot, we will refund only 80% of your deposit. We do not offer refunds on down payments if you do not contact us before your shoot date to cancel or make other arrangements. Remember, communication is key. Please make sure all cancellation requests are done in writing. Completed shoots are non-refundable.
